Delish Dish

As of Monday, Graham has had a dish put on the menu at Olea. It is very exciting stuff, this is the first dish of his conception that has been on a restaurant menu. He was given the task from Chef Barnett and his first attempt was a failure, unfortunately, he did not listen to his wife (this sentiment is not shared by him!) and was trying to create a dish in the Chef's style. I always say, Cook what you know, and he did not do that. So I tried to lift his spirits and convince him to cook a dish that he makes at home all the time. It was deemed to "simple" but he came up with a winner.

Mushroom Papadelle

Hand cut Papadelle noodles, a Mushroom-Basil cream sauce, sauteed Wild Trumpet Mushrooms, English Peas and finished off with shaved Parmareggiano cheese.
